Thank you to everyone who joined us for our annual NYE Chef’s Tasting dinner. As always, our culinary team outdid themselves with gourmet scotch eggs with caviar, ridiculously massive torchon’s of foie gras, butter poached sablefish and tenderloin bordelais to name a few of the courses.
